All sales of digital products are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once a digital product has been purchased and/or accessed. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, sublicense, or publish our materials

  • Upload our materials to file-sharing platforms

9. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interna Enterprises, LLC and its owners, affiliates, contractors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, digital or physical products, reliance on information provided through Interna, personal interpretations of spiritual content, or decisions or actions taken based upon our materials. Your use of our products and services is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

10. Intellectual Property. All content, text, artwork, logos, symbols, graphics, product designs, meditations, recordings, journals, downloads, and educational materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. 14. Prohibited Use. By accessing our website or purchasing any Interna™ product, service, or material, you agree to use our content responsibly and in alignment with its intended purpose of healing, empowerment, and personal transformation.

You expressly agree NOT to use any Interna™ content, materials, designs, symbols, teachings, digital products, or services to:

  • Promote, support, or facilitate racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or advocate harassment of any person

  • Exploit, abuse, or harm others in any sexual, violent, or degrading manner

Interna Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and permanently restrict access to any individual or entity found to be in violation of this policy. We also reserve the right to report violations to appropriate legal authorities where applicable.

16. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — All Sales Final. Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital access, all sales of digital products are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once a digital product has been purchased and/or accessed. This includes but is not limited to:

  • eBooks and PDF downloads

  • Guided meditations and audio recordings

  • Digital journals and workbooks

  • Downloadable educational materials

  • Companion cards and digital resources

By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree that no refund will be issued.

2. Physical Products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Interna™ physical products. If you experience an issue with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at support@internamyfocusisnow.com.

We will consider requests for replacement or store credit under the following circumstances:

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

  • You received an incorrect item

  • Your order was lost in transit

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns of physical products for personal preference, change of mind, or allergic reactions.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and ingredient information prior to purchase.

  • Interna is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.

3. Order Cancellations. 

  • Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed and access has been granted. 

  • Physical product orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. To request a cancellation contact us immediately at support@internamyfocusisnow.com.

4. Exceptions. Interna reserves the right to issue refunds or store credit at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Any such accommodation does not constitute a waiver of this policy or an obligation to provide similar accommodation in the future.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes. By purchasing from Interna you agree to contact us directly at support@internamyfocusisnow.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may result in permanent restriction from purchasing Interna products and services.
