• Directions on how to apply on the back of the tattoo: 1. Make sure skin is clean and dry. 2. Trim and cut tattoos. 3. Remove clear top sheet and place tattoo face down onto your skin and press firmly. 4. Wet back of tattoo thoroughly with a damp cloth. 5. Wait about 30 seconds and gently peel off paper backing. 6. Allow tattoo to dry. To remove: rub gently with alcohol or baby oil until all residue of tattoo is removed. Warning: Do not use on broken or irritated skin, If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Avoid eye contact. Do not ingest.

• How long do tattoos last?
  Our tattoos typically last between 2 to 7 days, depending on tattoo placement, skin type, activity level and how often the area is exposed to water, sweat, or friction. It’s not recommended to apply on stretchmarks, scars, birth marks, irritated skin, eyes, lips, intimate areas, mucosal tissues, excessive hair areas.  

• Are your tattoos safe for sensitive skin?
  Yes, our tattoos are made with skin-safe, non-toxic ingredients. However, if you have extremely sensitive skin or known allergies to adhesives, we recommend doing a small patch test first.

• Are the designs waterproof?
  Yes, they are water-resistant and can withstand light showers and daily activities. For longer wear, avoid scrubbing or prolonged exposure to water.

• Are tattoos reusable?
  No, our tattoos are single-use. Each application is a moment of intention, encouraging presence and mindfulness as you place it on your skin.

• How do I remove the tattoo?
  You can remove the tattoo using baby oil, coconut oil, or rubbing alcohol. Gently rub the area with a cloth or cotton pad until the tattoo fades.

1. Choose your placement
   Select a clean, dry area of skin—preferably where there's minimal hair and friction (top of the hand, inner arm, inner wrist, shoulder, back, neck, ankle, top of the foot, etc.).

2. Clean the area
   Gently wash the skin with soap and water. Pat dry. Avoid lotion or oils before application.

3. Cut and peel
   Cut around your tattoo design if needed. Carefully remove the clear protective film.

4. Place and press
   Position the tattoo face-down on your skin. Hold it firmly in place.

5. Dampen and hold
   Use a damp cloth or sponge to fully wet the back of the paper. Press firmly for 30 seconds, making sure all areas are soaked and avoid movement to ensure ALL the image is completely transferred to your skin.

6. Reveal with intention
   Gently peel off the paper backing. Allow the tattoo to air dry for a few minutes. Avoid touching it until fully set.

7. Honor the moment
   Take a moment to reflect. Speak your affirmation, or simply feel the energy of your chosen symbol.

  ✧ Whisper (or think) the affirmation or meaning of your tattoo.
  ✧ Example: “I activate this symbol to remind me of my inner strength and joy.”

• Breath of Alignment
  ✧ Take three deep breaths.
      ▪ Inhale: invite in light.
      ▪ Exhale: release doubt.
      ▪ Repeat until your energy feels steady.

• Seal with Touch
  ✧ After applying the tattoo, gently press your palm over it for a few seconds.
  ✧ Imagine energy flowing from your hand into the tattoo, making it glow.

• Closing Gratitude
  ✧ Say thank you—to yourself, your journey, and the universe.
  ✧ Carry the tattoo as a living reminder that you are supported, guided, and luminous.

• Optional add-ons for clients who want to deepen the ritual:
  ✧ Light a candle or incense before step 1.
  ✧ Charge the tattoo under moonlight or sunlight before applying.
  ✧ Pair the ritual with a crystal or short meditation.

Important note: For the third eye and crown chakras, the tattoo does not need to be placed directly on the forehead or scalp. These chakras are activated through intention, breath, and awareness. You may place your tattoo anywhere on the body and focus your energy on the corresponding chakra during the activation ritual.

If you have sensitivities, scars, or a medical history in the area of a chakra, choose a placement that feels safe and comfortable. The energy will still activate — your intention is the true guide. The body needs safety first, energy second. Energy always follows intention.

  At Interna™ each tattoo is crafted with love and intention—kind of like a cosmic hug for your soul. Because our products are personal and meant for one-time use, we do not accept returns (once the magic’s been unwrapped, it can’t be re-boxed).
